Pages Content Type

The Pages content type represents unique top-level pages and defines the structure and order of the site’s navigation menu.

KeyTypeRequirementDescription
titleStringRequiredThe display name for the page in the navigation menu and browser tab.
orderNumberOptionalDetermines the sequential position in the menu for entries at that level. Lower numbers appear first.
typeSelectOptionalblog, events, or sermons. Each value must only be selected once across all pages.
bodyMarkdownOptionalThe main content of the page. Ignored if a type is set or if the page represents a folder.

The navigation menu is generated automatically based on the entries in the Pages collection. The system supports a hierarchy up to one level deep (Parent > Child). See Setting up Navigation for more info.
